Five Forks is where most of our work is. The neighbourhoods off Woodruff Road and Roper Mountain Road are the densest cluster of large homes we serve, and we have walked a lot of them.
Brick fronts dominate here, which is the single biggest factor in how a display reads after dark. Warm white against red brick looks rich; cool white tends to go grey and flat. There is also a lot of mature tree cover, and on plenty of these lots the canopy sits right over the eave line — which is exactly why some light jobs in Five Forks end up looking half-finished from the street.
