Ravenwood is another Woodruff Road neighbourhood in Five Forks, marked by a brick-and-stone entrance wall with the name set in gold on black. It is an easy drive from us in Mauldin.
Standard two-storey Upstate rooflines for the most part, which is work we can scope quickly and price accurately. Mature trees over some of the front lots mean the design is worth thinking about per house rather than applying one template to the street. The entrance wall here mixes brick and stone, and a lot of the houses behind it do the same — warm white handles that combination better than cool white, which tends to grey out the brick while leaving the stone looking cold. Because Ravenwood is a short run from us in Mauldin, it is an easy neighbourhood for us to get back to quickly if a strand goes dark in December, which is not a small thing in the middle of the season.
We design before we price. That means looking at your specific roofline — not the street's, not a template — and showing you more than one way to light the house before you commit to anything. You approve the design before we order a single bulb.
Most roofline projects in Ravenwood start around $800 for the whole season — design, materials, installation, in-season repairs, takedown and storage. Most Ravenwood homes land close to that starting price.
Adding trees, bushes or walkway staking increases it.
