Privacy Policy

Hooray Lights ("we," "us," "our") provides Christmas light and landscape lighting design, installation, maintenance, takedown and storage services in Simpsonville, SC and the surrounding area. This policy explains what information we collect when you use hooraylights.com, how we use it, and who we share it with.

Information we collect

Quote requests. Our "Get a fast quote" form is provided by our scheduling and CRM partner, Jobber (getjobber.com), and is embedded directly on our pages. When you submit it, Jobber collects the information you enter — typically your name, phone number, email address, property address and any details you share about the job — and makes it available to us so we can follow up.

Phone and email. If you call or email us directly, we keep whatever information you choose to share, such as your contact details and the specifics of your request.

Technical data. Our hosting and content-delivery provider, Cloudflare, automatically logs standard technical information for every visitor — such as IP address, browser type and pages requested — as part of operating the site securely.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to prepare and follow up on quotes, schedule and deliver services, handle billing, and respond to questions. We do not sell your information to third parties.

Third-party services

• Jobber — processes and stores quote-request submissions, and handles scheduling and invoicing for booked work.
• Google Ads — we use Google's conversion-tracking tag (gtag.js) to measure how our ads perform. This sets cookies in your browser; you can review or opt out of Google's ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.
• Google Fonts — our pages load typefaces from Google's servers, which may log your IP address per Google's privacy policy.
• Cloudflare — hosts this site and handles standard connection data per Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Cookies

Google Ads conversion tracking sets cookies used to measure ad performance. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; doing so may affect how some pages function but will not affect our ability to respond to a quote request submitted by phone or email.

Data retention

We keep the information you provide for as long as needed to respond to your request, deliver a booked service, and meet our own recordkeeping and tax obligations.

Your choices

To ask what information we have about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email us at [email protected].

Children's privacy

Our services and website are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
