Commercial Christmas Lighting in Simpsonville, SC

Storefront-ready, on your schedule.

Offices, banks, strip malls, restaurants, hotels, retail centers, medical clinics, hospitals, event venues — every one comes with its own hours, its own access, and its own people who need to sign off. This page is for whoever's making that call: an owner, a facilities manager, a property manager juggling more than one location.

Talk to us about your business

What a business actually needs.

Good lighting after dark does real work for a business — better visibility from the road, a stronger first impression at the entrance, more reason for people to slow down and stay on the property instead of driving past.

A business is also deciding whether lighting disrupts anything — a bank branch, a restaurant patio, a hotel entrance, a retail center, a medical clinic, an event venue. We install and take down around your operating hours, not the other way around.

Certificate of insurance and W-9 are ready on request. Repair and takedown are both spelled out in writing before you sign off, so neither one is a surprise once the season gets busy.

Larger properties get wiring routed to stay out of sight and planned across electrical zones, so one breaker isn't carrying the whole display. For taller storefronts or multi-story buildings, we bring lift equipment instead of stopping at what a ladder can reach.

If you run more than one location, that's one point of contact and one invoice instead of coordinating a separate vendor per site.

Displays are laid out by designers on staff, not picked from a template — if you've got brand colors or a look to keep consistent across locations, we design to it.

What's included, every time.

Pricing

Commercial jobs vary too widely for a flat number — a storefront entrance and a full property lighting plan aren't the same quote. We'll walk the property, propose options at different budgets, and price it before anything is ordered.
