Kilgore Plantation is custom-built throughout, on expansive lots, with a shared amenity area of pool, cabana and tennis courts. The architecture runs Greek Revival, Georgian and Neoclassical — which, for our purposes, means columns.
Full-height columns and symmetrical facades are the best thing that can happen to a Christmas lighting design. Wrapped columns give a house vertical structure at night that a roofline alone cannot, and a symmetrical front elevation means a balanced run reads as deliberate rather than approximate. It is also work that a landscaping crew with a stepladder cannot execute — the height and the wrap spacing are where these jobs are won or lost.
We design before we price. That means looking at your specific roofline — not the street's, not a template — and showing you more than one way to light the house before you commit to anything. You approve the design before we order a single bulb.
Installations start around $800. Column wrapping is additional to roofline work, and homes here are quoted individually. We design to the house and to what you want to spend, and whatever display you approve is then one flat price for the whole season.
Install dates are assigned in booking order — the earlier you book, the more say you have over your date.
