Entrance monuments, clubhouse, common-area trees, the streetlamp poles along the main drive — community displays are a different job from a single house, and a different conversation from a homeowner's. This page is for whoever's making that call: a board member, a property manager, an ACC chair.
A homeowner is deciding whether they like it. A board is deciding whether it's a risk. Certificate of insurance and W-9 are ready on request, and our repair and takedown commitments are the same ones on every page of this site, in writing — most installers won't put takedown in writing, and it's usually the first thing to slip once the season gets busy.
We're already familiar with several Five Forks communities directly — see the notes on River Walk and Cobblestone for what that looks like in practice. If your community isn't listed yet, that just means we haven't been asked — not that we don't serve it.
Community jobs vary too widely for a flat number — an entrance monument and a full common-area lighting plan aren't the same quote. We'll walk the property, propose options at different budgets, and price it before anything is ordered.
Email works best for community inquiries — we'll send over insurance and references before your next meeting.
