The Columns at Roper Mountain is one of the smallest and most exclusive communities we serve — fewer than fifty custom homes behind the gates, no production builders, no two houses alike.
This is technical work. Homes here average around 4,400 square feet with ceilings running from nine to twenty feet, which means front elevations are tall and the rooflines are genuinely complex — multiple planes, changes in pitch, and height that a lot of installers are not equipped to reach safely. That is exactly the work we want. Every house here needs its own design; there is no template that fits the street.
We design before we price. That means looking at your specific roofline — not the street's, not a template — and showing you more than one way to light the house before you commit to anything. You approve the design before we order a single bulb.
Installations start around $800. Homes here are larger and taller than that starting price assumes, and are quoted individually. We design to the house and to what you want to spend, and whatever display you approve is then one flat price for the whole season.
Install dates are assigned in booking order — the earlier you book, the more say you have over your date.
