Exteriors here run to stone, stucco and brick, and each of those takes light differently. Stone and stucco hold warm light beautifully and give the front elevation depth after dark; brick wants warm white rather than cool. The homes are individually designed, so roof geometry varies house to house — we design per property rather than per street, and there is no template here that would survive contact with the second house on the block. With roughly 149 homesites and shared amenities including a clubhouse, pool and lit tennis court, Cobblestone also has a real association behind it. If the community ever wants the entrance itself done, that is a separate conversation from your house and we are happy to have it.
We design before we price. That means looking at your specific roofline — not the street's, not a template — and showing you more than one way to light the house before you commit to anything. You approve the design before we order a single bulb.
Installations start around $800. Larger homes here run well above that starting price and are quoted individually. We design to the house and to what you want to spend, and whatever display you approve is then one flat price for the whole season.
Install dates are assigned in booking order — the earlier you book, the more say you have over your date.
