Greer is a real drive from us — northeast of Greenville, well outside the cluster where most of our work sits. We serve it, and we would rather say that plainly than pretend we are around the corner.
Greer has a strong run of established subdivisions: Pelham Falls, Riverwood Farm, Willow Creek, Carisbrooke and Lismore Park among them, plus Thornblade with its Fazio golf course. Much of it is mature, which means grown-in landscaping and trees that are part of the display whether you plan for them or not.
For a drive this length we would rather book several Greer houses on the same day than run back and forth. If a few neighbours are interested, say so when you get in touch — it genuinely helps the scheduling and it is worth asking us about.
Areas we serve in Greer: Pelham Falls, Riverwood Farm, Willow Creek, Carisbrooke, Lismore Park, Brushy Meadows, Sugar Creek and Thornblade.
Most roofline projects in Greer start around $800 for the whole season — design, materials, installation, in-season repairs, takedown and storage. We regularly do considerably larger properties.
Adding trees, bushes or walkway staking increases it.
Install dates are assigned in booking order — the earlier you book, the more say you have over your date.
