Fountain Inn is about seven miles south of downtown Simpsonville and it is growing fast — the population went from roughly 7,800 in 2010 to over 10,400 by 2020. A lot of that growth is new construction, and new construction has a particular look at Christmas.
Newer subdivisions like Fountainbrook off Durbin Road run to one and two-storey traditional homes with clean, simple rooflines. That is genuinely good news for lighting — a straightforward roof takes a crisp, even run and looks sharp from the road without needing a complicated design. Southbrook backs onto a stream and wooded areas, where the tree line does more of the work than the roof.
Simple rooflines are also the ones most likely to be done badly, because they look easy. An uneven line on a plain roof is more obvious, not less.

Most roofline projects in Fountain Inn start around $800 for the whole season — design, materials, installation, in-season repairs, takedown and storage. We regularly do considerably larger properties.
Adding trees, bushes or walkway staking increases it.
